We started this for the right reasons!

Everoak developments was built on a simple belief, that landowners deserve a better deal and that communities deserve to benefit from the developments on their doorstep.

Based on Values

We discovered land promotion and something clicked immediately. Here was a way to genuinely help landowners — people who had no idea what their land was really worth — unlock significant value without spending a penny or taking on any risk. We handle everything. They simply benefit.

But it was the community dimension that really sealed it. We’re Midlands born and based. These are our villages, our roads, our neighbours.

The charity pledge- it’s not a marketing tactic. it’s a personal commitment that sits at the heart of every deal we do.

Planning is complex, costly, and timeconsuming. We take on every element — surveys, architects, council submissions, consultation responses — so landowners never have to.

Give Back

On every completed deal, the landowner nominates a local registered charity. We make a donation in their name. Because the communities we work in deserve to benefit too.
